  • Conflict Resolution: Group chats are not the venue for personal disputes or airing grievances. If an issue arises, please address it privately with the concerned individual.

  • Play and performance based on individual fitness and skill levels.
  • A friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
  • Winning or losing is secondary to the experience.
  • Captains and members are encouraged to ensure equitable playtime for every player.
  • Emphasis on sportsmanship and inclusive participation.

ON-FIELD & OFF-FIELD LEADERSHIP

Leadership Dynamics:

  • No permanent captains; team leadership rotates weekly based on availability.
  • Fixed team rosters do not exist; players and captaincy are dynamic.
  • Shaheens Games Committee Role: Known as Admins/Volunteers, responsible for organizing regular games and social activities off the field.
  • Supportive role in facilitating the games and events.

Equality on the Field:

  • All players are considered equal during the game.
  • Teams are led by their captain of the week on the field.

PARTICIPATING IN OUTSIDE LEAGUES

  • Shaheens’ Core Committee can approach players to seek their willingness and availability for outside tournaments and leagues participation. Any player or players found involved in approaching Shaheens players in personal capacity to participate in any outside tournament without prior discussion or approval from Core Committee will be warned and banned from club subsequently.
  • Recruiting Shaheens Club players for outside teams for leagues or tournaments where Shaheens Club participate or may participate, jeopardize Shaheens Teams participation and probability to win. Any Shaheens players who are found involved in such activities will be asked to halt those activities and reported to the EFI Committee for a formal warning and may face ban from Shaheens Cricket Club.
  • If any or few players want to play in a tournament or in an outside team, they can play at their own will and cost without disturbing Shaheens Club’s regular games and social activities.

If Shaheens Club decide to participate in any outside tournament then:

– Core Committee will formally seek Community Vote to reach conclusion about Participation in any Tournament and Core Committee will oversee registration and formation of Squad.

– This team will be exclusively for Shaheens members. Which means Playing 11 will be formed out of Shaheens Squad for that particular tournament.

– In case 11 players from Tournament Squad are not available, then preference will be given to the rest of Shaheens Club Players.

– And if players from the Shaheens Club are unavailable, the Captain may add backup players from outside of Shaheens Club. Outside players will pay for their participation.
